This panel repairs the rust around the complete rear wheel opening and the wheelhouse it attaches to. Overall dimensions: 60 in. wide x 27 in. high. For us to deliver this in the best condition possible it requires a custom box and oversize UPS shipping, resulting in a higher shipping cost. Note: this the quarter panel patch does not go into the door opening on Blazer and Jimmy models.

The exterior body panel located directly above the rear tire is one of the most vulnerable areas on your vehicle, the rear tire picks up everything from the road and throws against this area leaving dings, dents and paint chips. It’s only a matter of time before the road salt and moisture will begin to penetrate and start to rust it out. All of our replacement patch panels are constructed of heavy gauge stamped steel that meets or exceeds the thickness of the original body panel that it’s replacing. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part, which means that these aftermarket panels will be an exact match to the original part’s shape. Since the panels are an exact match, the old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place.
Each panel has an EDP coating for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over.
