Shipping & Returns
Our products range in size from small to large and require different shipping methods. We use UPS & FedEx to ship small to medium size parts. Large and/or heavy products will be shipped via truck freight. The trucking company used could vary. All shipping charges can be calculated before each purchase by adding the item(s) to the cart and entering your state and zip code. We currently are not offering expedited shipping options. We only ship using UPS, Fedex and other truck freight carriers for this reason we are not able to ship to a P.O. Box including APO AE, FPO, DPO or any other military mail.
UPS and Fedex (standard ground shipments)
Most of our products are shipped by UPS and Fedex ground and do not require a signature for delivery, You can request a signature for a additional fee by calling us during normal business hours 1-866-235-0010. If you are present at time of delivery and find that a product was damaged during transit DO NOT REFUSE THE DELIVERY, instead keep the product and contact us the same day or next business day and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Do not discard the package or any packing material used this will help us in the case we need to file a claim with the carrier. Scratches, dings or slightly bent corners are considered normal and can easily be repaired during installation and prepping.
Important Truck Freight Shipping Information (18 wheeler truck not UPS or Fedex)
Certain products must be delivered via truck freight due to size, all truck freight deliveries require inspection and a signature at time of delivery. Whether the item will be installed immediately or not, you MUST inspect the box and parts for suspected damage. If there is reason to believe the product may be damaged note the damage of each product on the delivery ticket before the driver leaves. Failure to follow this procedure will result in loss of claim - see the Damages section for further details.
LIFT GATE FEE $75.00, this and any other service is not included and must be paid at time of delivery, if we receive a bill for use of lift gate or any other additional delivery services you will be responsible. Damages For Truck Freight Deliveries Only (18 wheeler truck not UPS or Fedex)
Your shipment is insured by the trucking company that makes the delivery – NOT by Body Shop Price, llc. If you find your item(s) damaged, you MUST have the driver note the damage on the delivery receipt. If the damage is severe, please refuse delivery and call our office immediately - we will take care of the claim and send you a replacement. If you find the item damaged after you have signed and accepted the item and the damage was not noted on the delivery receipt, Body Shop Price, llc. will not be able to help you with a claim. By signing the delivery receipt, you are certifying that you have received your item(s) in good condition. If you ship to someone other than yourself, you must let them know to inspect the item(s) for damage. If they sign the delivery receipt certifying that the item was in good condition when it arrived and you find any damage after the fact, Body Shop Price, llc. will not be able to help you with a claim.
Important Glass Shipping Information
Due to the fragile nature of glass, in order to assure that you receive your product in tact, we have gone the extra mile in packaging. The following charges are included to glass orders to cover the cost of the protective packaging and will be added to the actual shipping fee.

Most glass orders must be shipped truck freight due to size and weight restrictions. Please call us if you have any questions about shipping before placing your order.
Important International Shipping Information
Body Shop Price, llc., at this time, does not ship outside of the United States, see below for Canada. In order to receive a shipment from Body Shop Price llc. of the United States, international customers must have a broker set up to receive a shipment at a border location, MUST supply all custom documentation necessary for their country. Once your order arrives at the delivery address provided in the United States we are no longer responsible for any parts that are not forwarded to your final destination, be sure all your packages are received before your broker ships them to you. Body Shop Price, llc at this time can ship all products on the website EXCEPT items that require truck freight shipping these items will specify if they are eligible or not (larger items i.e. fenders doors hoods). You can add your products to the website and calculate the total shipping cost before making the purchase, shipping costs to Canada are a fully landed cost, meaning its inclusive of all fees (transportation, brokerage, duties).
You may return any unused, undamaged, and resalable part in its original packaging for exchange, store credit or refund up to 30 days after purchase. All orders, cancellations and returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, when store credit is applied the restocking fee is waived. The original shipping cost is NOT refundable All returns must have prior authorization before returning them to us, use our Contact Us button for return request. Shipping fees that are incurred from returning any part to us is your responsibility. Finally, if the return shipment is damaged in transit, you are responsible for filing the claim with the carrier.
All Body Shop Price, llc. products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Test fit all parts before sanding, priming, or painting them. If we deem your parts defective, our responsibility is to replace the part, issue credit, or refund the original purchase price. We are not responsible for any paint or labor expenses. The credit or refund amount will not exceed the defective parts original purchase price.
If any of your parts are on back order we will contact you by phone or email to inform you before shipment. Any part (s) that are on back order for more than 15 days will be cancelled and removed from the order and you will have to re-order at a later time. All back ordered parts that ship after the original shipment will be subject to additional shipping fees. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive back orders.
Due to the nature of the material and production, the sheet metal products you receive may have scratches, dings, small dents and other minor imperfections which are considered normal. These imperfections will easily be corrected during the initial filling, priming and sanding of your repair or restoration. We do not consider dings, minor dents, scratches in the EDP primer or any other minor imperfection to be defective or damaged. ALL sheet metal panels will require some preparation and manipulation during the install process for a top quality fit and finish. ALL parts should be test fit before any prep work or paint is applied. There will be no credit issued for any part that has been modified from its original state, primed or painted. Minor modifications such as elongating mounting holes, adding shims, correcting imperfections such as high or low spots etc, are normal and may be necessary when you are installing the product.
