Hoods are stamped from high quality OE gauge steel on new tools. Premium hood features the correct shape, size, bends, holes, ribs, and fully finished factory style underside, like original.
All steel hoods arrive in a black electro coat finish. This is not a primer. This is a sealer put on the steel to protect against rust. All hoods will require normal prep work (test fit, sand, prime) before paint can be applied. We strongly recommend having the hood painted and installed by a qualified auto body technician.
