This repair includes all the pieces required when repairing the rust on the 96-98 Chevy and GMC 3 door style pickup truck. The kit includes factory style outer rockers for under the front doors, both outer cab corners and the rear door rocker that is located under the 3rd door of the passenger side. The passenger side requires mating the front and rear rockers to make it complete, this is not available in one piece.
Note: Cutting the back section off the front door passenger side rocker must be done to meet the rocker panel under the third door on the passenger side.

Rocker panels take a beating from the elements and road debris. They are some of the first body panels on your vehicle to start showing signs of wear, and will usually be one of the first panels to rust out.
All of our rocker panels are constructed of heavy gauge stamped steel that meets or exceeds the thickness of the original body panel that it’s replacing. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part, which means that these aftermarket panels will be an exact match to the original part’s shape. Since the panels are an exact match, the old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place. The exception to this is slip-on panels. Any panel labeled as “Slip-on” can be placed over top of the original panel, and secured with an adhesive, like Silaprene, rivets, welded, etc.
Each panel is also e-coated for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over.
Whether you need to replace the driver side, passenger side, or both, we have the parts that you’re looking for. Fix the rust on your rocker panels by ordering from Body Shop Price today.
