this is an exact 1986-87 turbo buick stainless steel reproduction correct engine oil dipstick tube. as restoration on our turbo cars are bringing higher prices then performance this is a perfect piece. you can try and bend your original tab that bolts to the header but is never quite 100% correct.this tube gives you more strength. we have noticed in cars with blown head gaskets that sat for a while there is rust inside the tube. so while building an exact reproduction we decided to offer an upgraded version. we did not paint or powder coat in case you want to polish the 409 stainless up for a dressed up engine look.
