Reproduction floor pan for 1973-1987 K series and 1987-1991 V series Chevrolet and GMC Full-size trucks. Made on new tooling from OE quality steel. This floor pan comes complete with front and rear cab supports, floor reinforcements and inner rocker panels.

This floor pan is correct for 81-87 4WD models with high hump and without removable transmission cover and is also used on 73-80 models with modification. This floor pan arrives EDP coated to protect against rust and corrosion.

All of our replacement floor panels are constructed of heavy gauge stamped steel that meets or exceeds the thickness of the original body panel that it’s replacing. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part, which means that these aftermarket panels will be an exact match to the original part’s shape. Since the panels are an exact match, the old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place.

Each panel has an EDP coating for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over. For best finishing results we recommend scuffing the e-coat, priming, and then top coating with an automotive grade paint.
