1973-1987 Chevy & Gmc Pickup Complete One Piece Cab Floor (2Wd With Low hump)

Reproduction floor pan for 1973-1987 C series and 1987-1991 R series Chevrolet and GMC Full-size trucks. Made on new tooling from OE quality steel. This floor pan comes complete with front and rear cab supports, floor reinforcements and inner rocker panels.

This floor pan is correct for 2WD models with low hump and without removable transmission cover, this floor pan arrives EDP coated to protect against rust and corrosion. The rear floor brace is spot welded to the very back edge of the floor pan and the bottom edge of the rear cab panel. There are 4 threaded nutplates for the seat belts and 2 additional welded nuts to mount the rear of the seat track on each side of the truck. You will also find 2 caged nuts that will accept the rear cab mount bolts as original.

The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part, which means that these aftermarket panels will be an exact match to the original part’s shape. Since the panels are an exact match, the old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place.

Each panel has an EDP coating for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over. For best finishing results we recommend scuffing the e-coat, priming, and then top coating with an automotive grade paint.
